Civil initiatives provide for various reforms that increase the level of wealth, reduce unemployment, currency inflation, crime, and so on. Governmental needs to fight against corruption, which significantly reduces all ratings. The military provides for opposition to various rebels who strongly destabilize the situation and want to destroy the democratic power.

Before the campaign, you can choose the governor - each of them has unique features and strengths (weak and weak) are also present. Someone is stronger in politics, the other is able to raise the economy for the year, and the third gather a powerful army.
