You are the mayor of the city, choose the place of construction of the city, territory with different conditions for further development. Follow the economic well-being and correctly exhibit priorities when distributing taxes of your inhabitants. Just be careful, too raising prices. You can earn in 5 industries: agriculture, heavy industry, factory and high-tech production, offices. Do not forget about the improvement of your territory. Build vehicles for local inhabitants and tourists: green areas, amusement parks, cinemas, concert venues, nightclubs, etc. Skillfully combine different architecture styles to create a unique shell of your future metropolis.

Residents are divided into 4 classes:

• Unqualified employees
• Qualified frames
• Administrators
• Elite

They must be provided by residential complexes suitable for their status in society.
