The Last Door - Collectors Edition

The Last Door - Collector's Edition is an episodic adventure game with an atmosphere of horror. First, it appeared as a version for WWW browsers, and then came out full-fledged access for personal computers and mobile devices.

The storyline is made based on the stories of Lovecraft and Edgar Alan. The action of history unfolds in 1891 in the south of England. During the game you need to act as Jeremy Devitta. After receiving an encrypted message from Anthony Beachworth (friend from university times), he arrives in his residence. Upon arrival, the main character discovers that the homeowner committed suicide. What's worse, in all, most likely, the unclean power is mixed.

Trying to unravel the secret of this place, the hero must face not only with otherworldly creatures, but also with the dark secrets of his past. The gameplay does not differ from genre standards. Having at its disposal a magnifying glass and flashlight, basically will have to study the places, conducting conversations, collecting objects and solving puzzles (which is feasible using the prompts system).

The game in the full version is equipped with all four episodes and has additional scenes, puzzles and discovered elements. Two-dimensional graphics withstand in retro style, but large pixels do not harm the atmosphere of horror. Soundtrack plays a big role in creating a terrifying atmosphere. The farther the hero is stopped into the uncharted, the stronger the irreversible darkness will thicken around it.
