Decay: The Mare will tell the story of Sam's addict, treated against dependence in the institution "Deep Dreams". For this, he went to a tough course of treatment: it is forbidden to go to walk in the hospital, all the doors are locked up, patients are under constant supervision and take pills at night. But from the first night, strange things begin to occur in this hospital and Sam enters the terrible nightmare. He constantly dreams how he wanders around the desert hospital and runs away from the monster.

The hero will wander on a building that will suddenly begin to empty.
