Cartagra Affliction of the Soul is a visual novel, designed for an adult user audience due to the erotic scenes present. While talking with the inhabitants of the universe, the gamer will be able to observe strange phrases or ulterior motives of other inhabitants in order to notice suspicious details.

Traveling to the outskirts, the protagonist will have to inspect crime scenes and interview witnesses. Both cases are intertwined and interconnected, so you have to look for common threads between the missing woman and the deceased. The player will select the available actions to decide what the investigator will do, and will also select options for remarks in text dialogs.
