This is the first part of the trilogy, and the main heroine is first faced with monsters and paranormal setting.

The plot tells about Milk Yota, when she was 7 years old, her father Alexander went to work. However, the colleague Denislav Pavlov was killed with his father. The reason was the secret developments in the form of syringes capable of stopping the spread of zombie virus. Denislava failed to find a long time of searches. Milka became an agent 20 years after the incident with her father. However, Denislav was found and kidnapped by heroine, driving her to Buzludju, where she was in a hopeless trap.

The protagonist falls into the deadly atmosphere with numerous zombies and traps. She has to fight opponents and dangers, and also try not to get infection. Inside the building, where the ward got, many designs collapse. At any time, a stone block can fly from above, or crushed bricks. Game territory has 2 ways to pass: north and south, both lead to the exit, but have different difficulties.
