Rise of Nations: Thrones and Patriots - addition to the original game in the RTS genre. The project includes a plot campaign with several scenarios and a free match. In a quick session, a player can configure the enemy, choose the number of bots, card, starting conditions and distribute commands. Presented new nations, like Dutch, Dakota, Americans, Indians, Persians and Iroquois.

Key innovations in Thrones and Patriots:

• Campaigns, as "New World", "Napoleon", "Cold War" and "Alexander the Great". Scenarios cover different time intervals (336 BC, 1796, USSR time and US and World War II).
• Types of Board. The user is able to establish a building "Senata". The city where there is such a structure becomes the capital. You can choose between despotism and the republic, monarchy and democracy, socialism and capitalism.
• Added units and structures with new models, textures and animations. Also changed the characteristic of the already existed detachments to balance the parties and make them similar.

Participants can build new wonders of the world, giving an advantage in economics, military business or research. For example, a forbidden city has a passive income in the form of food and wood. Game timers will not act, and other nations will be able to see it only after the completion of construction. Red Fort forces units inside, cure wounds by 500% faster. Hanging gardens give +50 to knowledge, and certain studies are 66% cheaper.
