Descent: Freespace

Descent: Freespace transfers the player in 2335. Events unfold at the existence of a galactic earthly union located in a military conflict with the Vasuda Empire of Parliament. About 14 years old have a fierce war for the territory and resources. But unexpectedly, 3 fraction trying to destroy the other two in the collision.

The third side of the Svival conflict has an invulnerable flagship, which received the name from enemies "Lucifer". The combat mechanism threatens to destroy all rivals, because of what people's life in danger. Because of this, the Galactic Union and the Vasudan Empire conclude the Alliance to fight the general enemy. Their opponent has a numerical and technological superiority. Gameplay is presented as a space simulator. The user will manage battle stars and traveling in open areas, fighting with enemies and interacting with the allies.

• Humanity - reached the technology of interstellar travel, which made it possible to investigate new systems and worlds. Many colonies were created, which led to acquaintance, and after conflict with Vasudans.
• Vasudan - Alien Race, born on Wasuda Prime. Two-legged creatures have 3 developed professions in their society: scientists, artists and philosophers. They are trying to present the story and space where not only living, but also dead.
• Shivani - Aggressive Civilization of Ksenocides. Creatures have durable black shell and 5 limbs. Most of them are cyborgs having dozens of machine parts combined with bioorganic parts.
• Ancient - It is believed that the 80th centuries ago were destroyed. Their developed technologies allowed to capture most of the galaxy, but Shivani managed to destroy their population.
