The game places you into the world of postpocalypsis. You are on your mother's ship, which is an analogue of the ark, saved people from a dying land.

However, a terrible incident was held on the ship, as a result of which dangerous and creepy monsters began on the shuttle. You need to leave the ship until they got to you. Unlike many step-by-step games, gameplay Escape from Aeon allows you to make a comprehensive system of action, like X-COM. You are given one move for which you can make several actions, for example, moving and shots.

In the game there is a mechanic permanent death. Levels are procedurally generated. The gameplay is hardcore enough, so you need to think about every step, otherwise you will start the game first.
