Horror Schizophrenia tells a terrible story about how a child with mental illness is looking for his mother. The gameplay is a first-person charil, where it is necessary to explore terrible premises and wander through deserted gloomy corridors. The boy is diagnosed with schizophrenia, so the head of the hero will draw the most surreal paintings. But that of them is true, but what fiction?

Exploring locations, the boy will meet his brother named Michael, who has a role in this mystical history. Hero Schizophrenia finds a flashlight with which the whole game will be held. It helps to illuminate dark areas of premises and find hidden items. The flashlight contains a charge, so it should be engaged in economically to use it, applying in certain situations. Batteries to it is not so simple.

According to the plot, the protagonist will pass dirty outputs, will visit abandoned buildings, a cemetery and will explore the dark corridors of residential complexes. It is required to search for lockers in search of quest items, helping the passage of various puzzles and puzzles.
