Narcissu 10th Anniversary Anthology Project - assembly of visual novel about the meaning of life, diseases, death and relationships between people. In this story there are no villains, heroes or miracles, only a common life is shown, where the characters are looking for their own ways to die in ruthless and indifferent reality. Developers, having heard many positive feedback and comments in the previous parts, release the final series of the novel of Japan with numerous localizations for different countries.

The entire plot is told with five episodes. Narcissus-1 talks about how it all started on the seventh floor, where two incurable patients were met. They decided to go on a journey to meet death in it. Narcississ-2 prequel tells about the patient named Himeco, but the main role is played by SETUMI. The epilogue is told the last moments of Himeco.

In the process included individual chapters. "Little Rainbow" - A secondary story, whose action unfolds in medieval Europe, where many people are trying to understand what it means to live or die. "Zero" Neats the origin of the hospice on the 7th floor and its rules. "Sumyr" - a new chapter in a series of two girls whose fates intersect. Both of them are full of deep regretful of the time.
