Gamer assumes the role of a leader of one of the three-state party: Germany, France or Great Britain. To complete the gameplay, it is necessary to achieve the goal - to win the elections for obtaining the reign of the board of the entire state machine. Single-user campaign consists of three available scenarios for countries, which are divided into 70 regions. It is necessary to mined trust in key areas for most votes. Gamer gets the opportunity to rewrite a European story with his decisions that are accepted during passage, because the user chooses from 29 real parties, which existed in those times.

The gameplay is built on mechanics, which allow you to raise political grouping ratings. The player needs to control the media, disseminate positive data on their deputies and their actions for the benefit of the population, conduct congresses for the dialogue with the people, the appointment of their own helpers with unique sets of abilities, and much more. There is an opportunity to take advantage of dishonest ways, for example, to put the results of the voting, or intimidate the voters, any means is good to achieve goals.
