The remnants of humanity, hiding in underground bunkers, are again selected on the surface, where the situation has become more or less stable and relatively suitable for life.

The world famous to the nuclear war went to the fly, now on the planet rule the new laws of nature and the rules established by it. You have to adapt to them and build your city, which will be ready for all adverse events, including acid rain and sandy storms.
