Worms 4: Mayhem

Worms 4: Mayhem - Third game from the series, made in 3D format. Developers improved control by adjusting it under the keyboard. The camera began to move more smoothly. Card were recycled - chaotic environment changed natural landscapes. The main innovation was the editor of the characters, allowing you to choose a team to your taste.

Player chooses worm appearance: hats, gloves, hair, glasses. Especially for the fighter you can create an individual weapon in the factory. Arsenal includes a bazooka, rifle, rockets, grenades and bombs. In the equipment, the general type of shells, the type of detonation, damage on the enemy and subjects, the force of the explosion, and other parameters. When performing missions, the gamer earns points that spend on weapons, new cards, clothes and character voices.

Scene passage consists of 25 quests. Recruits learn to military business from an experienced professor. In the midst of classes breaks the time machine. To fix the device, you need to visit 4 historical epochs. In addition to the main tasks, there is a fast version of the game, where the composition of the detachment is generated randomly, and the battles are conducted on arbitrary locations.

In addition to a single campaign there is a multiplayer with 5 modes:

• Deathmatch - team becomes the winner, "Survived" all competitors;
• Homelnds - opponents get the forts at their disposal, and wins the last survivor;
• Destruction - seizure of someone else's base for a while;
• Statue Defend - you need to destroy the statue of the enemy and protect your own;
• Survivor - pairs of worms.
