Year Walk

Year Walk - adventure game inspired by the Swedish tradition Arsgang. Initially, the plot was designed for a short horror film, but soon it was reworked under the concept of an interactive indie project. Special influence provided by the Soviet cartoon hedgehog in the fog.

The plot starts with the fact that the protagonist of the game named Daniel Svensson visits his girlfriend a style that tells him about the vision, regarding the dangers of one year old walk. She also says her brother died during a mystical ritual. The task of the main character is to find the church where you can see the future. You will meet various mythical creatures from the Scandinavian folklore, whether Fairy, Hyulda, Nix, Mulgi, Night Crow, Church Grim and T.D.

He sees the future in which the style is bleeding. The feature of the game process of the Year Walk acts as a mechanic in which after the titles you can use the prompts from the magazine, where you can notice the works of Theodore Almstin - a person whose labor is based on the Scandinavian folklore. He is preserved on a one-year-old walk and as well as the hero of the game, his mental state staggered before the start of the process. Theodore justifies Daniel's actions, but the ending has ambiguous and everyone will decide the outcome of the story.
