The Last Express - game in the quest genre, developed by Smoking Car Production and published by the studio Brøderbund Software.

The game history unfolds in 1914, during the last flight of Eastern Express from Paris to Constantinople, before the beginning of the First World War. Robert Kat, the American doctor hiding from the police, accepts the invitation of his friend Tyler Whitney, join him in Eastern Express. Jumping into the outgoing train, Robert finds a tilera dead in his coupe. Getting rid of the corpse and taking his name, he will deal with this case. Under the suspicion of passengers of the train:

Gameplay takes real time. Train passengers live their lives, and commit actions regardless of where we are. What would not miss anything in the game there is a unique mechanic "rewinding", thanks to which you can always return back or forth right up to the current point in history. The plot written for the game includes many elements: murder, secret conspiracies and deals, lies and personal plans, and also contains references to the political climate of Europe.
