The Kite

Kite is a dramatic quest in the Point genre&Click performed in a kind of graphic design. The atmosphere of hopelessness and routine transmits a gloomy color palette. All characters are made in black and white colors, while the background environment varies from gray to dark blue.

The main heroine is a young woman named Maria, living in a typical, unremarkable post-Soviet city in the late 90s. She is in the present despair: all its strengths and all the money and without that poor family are leaving the birth of the newly born baby. Permanent stress and experiences due to the financial situation pushing the spouse of Mary to drink, and the man begins to dismiss the "underfafe". A woman suffers even beatings, having no opportunity, no hope to go out of the house, but begins to worry about the well-being and the very life of the Son.

The player has to take on the management of the character in one of the key points when Maria, brought to the extreme, is already ready to skim a serious crime. The further fate of a small family depends on the decisions taken (even seeming trifles), so to achieve a relatively prosperous ending, the gamer must be attentive to detail and thoughtfully approach the gameplay, especially solving puzzles.
