The main character "Saw game" - David Teplo - Detective in Saw. He wakes up in the bathroom in a psychiatric hospital, because of which he cannot understand for a long time, what he does in this place, and why the jaw dispersion will be put on it. Suddenly turns on the TV and all the famous character says: "I am a Tsppi doll, and the death designer decided to expose you to death". Such a turn of events reveals before us the motives of the hero, because he tried all his life to catch the death designer.

After that, the main character is sent to explore the hospital, and meets the first living person who takes it into a medical wing and betrayed, closing in a room with a person who is trying to kill the protagonist, because his chest sews the key from devices of all the other survivors.

So the hero will move along the levels and see how the characters around it explode, then they indulge in some strange classes on the go, and the whole thing is that on every test loser there is a trap - it may be a necklace of used syringes, maybe be a bomb box that hangs on his hand; anything. Permanent death in the game you will always hear. That runs to you, and suddenly his head blows a shotgun, because he accidentally burned the rope. And so there will be the whole game.

Madness leads us to two endings: the first one - when the hero manages to get out of the hospital, but due to the fact that he misses the saw, the hero is shooting in the head. The second - he runs on the hospital behind the dark essence, knocks down from his feet, and sees that this is Melis, the girl he saved. He also executes the Death Designer Plan, only now its imprisonment is even more than a long time. In the end, it enters the real psychiatric hospital, where the presence of heat.
