Salammbo: Battle for Carthage

SalamMBO: Battle for Carthage is a gloomy quest-Adventor, made in three-dimensional graphics and representing the first person control. The protagonist is a person who lives in the third century to our era, during the time of the decline of Corfagena, who surrendered after the exhaust siege of the Romans during the Punic War. The game is inspired and based on the reasons of Philip Dryuy's novel, which affects the atmosphere of all that is happening and referring to the oldest periods of human history.

Salammbo plot: Battle for Carthage begins in the midst of war, after the brutal murder of Salambo. The daughter of the Carthaginian troops commander in love with Mato, mercenary and the main enemy of her father, who took the city in the siege and keeps the peaceful population in the torment. The main character falls into difficult conditions where you have to survive and escape, relying only on your skills and abilities. Gloomy for the painting makes an environmental design, immersing in a difficult historical period for ordinary residents.

The gameplay was performed in the spirit of the old school, where it is necessary to move around the space and look for the possibilities of exiting closed rooms or rooms by interacting with environmental elements or finding secret loopholes. The hero is able to select and combine the objects and scattered interior elements among themselves, allowing you to create the necessary things for further promotion through the plot, performing the tasks that can be tracked in a personal diary.
