Realms Beyond: Ashes of The Fallen is a classic role-playing game in which the gamer watches the events from an isometric point of view. The user will be able to create and manage a seamless character team. Creating wards of heroes, it will be possible to choose from several races (people, gnomes, elves, semi-elves, halfings), as well as various classes (warrior, clearing, druid, wizard, thief, barbarian, paladin or hunter).

Managing characters to travel to various locations, collect items, perform gradually complicated tasks and, of course, fight dangerous opponents. The battles occur along a step-by-step system that allows you to accurately plan each action. Rules governing the game, as well as the ability and spells of each class of characters, were taken from the Popular Mechanics D20.

The game has only solitary mode. In addition, it includes an extensive editor that allows you to create personal mods and scenarios. Although the impression of two-dimensionality is created, in fact, it is based on an original three-dimensional engine that supports modern graphic effects (for example, dynamic lighting) and providing a high level of detail: the trees swinging in the wind or a group of birds flying into flight. The game pleases the eye and attracts attention to interesting aesthetic and artistic style. It is impossible not to mention musical accompaniment. Sounds of environment and collisions, as well as a nice track row able to surprise and plunge into the amazing world.
