Ratuz events unfold in prison where the secret experiment is held. Scientists are tested on serum prisoners, which turns them into rats. But at one moment everything goes awry, and the chief hero has to take care only to get out of this dangerous place alive. It is necessary to be afraid not only guards armed with automata, but also gigantic human-like rats, which are walking around the premises, attacking each oncoming.

Ratuz combines elements of stealth projects and action. So, for example, when a group of prisoners is trying to find shelter, they need to move quickly, because the monster can attack at any time, and its appearance is almost impossible to predict. Characters are descended by fixed stairs, accelerate into the passages and receive information from other criminals regarding where to go. Periodically, you need to eliminate guards who do not allow moving on, using knives, sharpening or suffocating. In one of the moments, for example, you need to twist the radioactive reservoir using a barrel and a pair of sticks to row. But the most monster will wait on the other shore, and as soon as he is under water, it will be necessary to react to the attacks so that he does not drag the hero on the bottom and did not kill. As for the stealth mechanic, they are to hide from creatures running by in boxes, under the objects or just move is secretive, without issuing their own location. There was a place for puzzles, to solve which it is often necessary to engage in backtracking.
