Action Minecraft: Story Mode takes place in the standard minecraft world, whose history tells about Jesse's traveling, a resident of the city hosting an annual contest of builders. Together with your friends, Olivia and Axel, they are three of them to come up with a creation, which will finally bring them a victory after many years of failure. During the competition, events occur, which brought friends to a much larger adventure, covering five chapters included in the first season.

Your control over Jesse comes in two versions. The first - during cinematic scenes. Periodically, during interaction with other characters, you will be given the choice between four answers. The indicator on the screen will confirm that your choice has consequences, but you can not realize some time, as this choice will eventually affect the development of history. And the second is controlling Jesse in his / her interactions with the environment.

From time to time you will come to a fork in history, where there will be a small field with a puzzle that requires a solution, and you will need to interact with NPC to solve this puzzle. How you decide the puzzle will also have an impact on the story. From time to time you will even control Jesse during the battle, but the complexity of this process is minimal, because for this you simply need to click on the button that is indicated on the screen.
