MidSummer Night

MIDSUMMER NIGHT - debut video game project from a small development studio, inspired by Russian folk fairy tales. The game is made in the adventure genre using the camera from above at a low angle, creating a wide review on what is happening around for instant response. Nonlinear gameplay allows you to pass puzzles prepared for each of the 17 locations available to the study, absolutely in different ways, which will lead to unexpected consequences and mowivates to go anew to assess other endings. Scene campaign will tell about the adventure of a little boy named Klim. He woke up in the evening in his own apartment before at night on Ivan Kupala. He wanted to go to night festivities in honor of this Slavic holiday with his sister Alena, but did not find her at home. Gathering in search of girls, the protagonist understands that everything goes not by his plan, and the unexpected event that happened destroys it. The measured gameplay, occurring in the forest, which is saturated with an old Slavonic atmosphere, together with a soothing musical accompaniment creates pleasant feelings during passage and adjusts to the desired. Reality is intertwined with fiction and fairy tales, which creates a symbiosis in which it is not clear what happens really, and that only the fruit of fantasy. Characters, found during the storyline, are familiar to those who have studied the folk creativity of ancient years.
