LightOut is indie gorror with quest elements. This title uses three-dimensional graphics and first-person view. This is a small project. It can be completely less than in an hour.

LightOut events unfold in a high-rise building. The hero appears on the landing and hears a female cry, which comes from one of the apartments. Protagonist decides to check the dwelling, and one turns out not locked. When it gets inside, strange things begin to occur. Soon it turns out that the killer is in the house. The main character needs to explore the premises and find a way to get out alive. He needs to have time to leave the construction before light turns off.

In the game you can walk and interact with the environment. For example: open the doors, rotate the pictures, click on the door calls, activate e-equipment and everything in such a spirit. There is an opportunity to select objects and apply them to certain objects to move on. All things found are in inventory. Some atems allow you to consider from different sides. You can still read their brief descriptions. By tradition for the genre here you need to read diaries. In notes may contain tips to the solution of puzzles. The main focus in the gameplay is made precisely on soloing puzzles.
