The world of Encode is antioticopia, where the main character travels on high-tech cities. Due to conflicts of the ideology of cyberpunk planet, the character faces numerous opponents and performs secret orders. Central Place of Action - Country of Nira, in which citizens crave order. The armed defenders of the state use better techniques, track protesters and get rid of them.

Residents who make living honestly, without arranging rebellion, rewarded with prizes. Each citizen has a numerical score for actions. The state is well evaluated by hard work, but punished for crimes and meat.
