Before the beginning of Christmas Yuuko Amamiya and Yuu Himura reunited in the church after many years of separation. They began to tell what they did all this time. In the last game, the girl told about the lives of people in which she managed to influence these years. In EF - The Latter Tale. its past is already divided by her interlocutor.

Two new storylines appeared. One tells about the love relationship between Renji ASO and Chihiro Shindo. The winner of Japanese and German roots from curiosity comes to an abandoned railway station and gets acquainted there with one-eyed girl. It turns out that his new acquaintance received strong injuries in the accident. Because of partial amnesia, she is able to memorize only what happened to her in the last 13 hours. But at the same time, a young woman remembers the accident. She writes all events in the diary and dreams of writing a novel.

Another story is focused on the professional violinist Shuichi Kuze. He meets a girl from the Mizuki Hayama basketball team. She tries to get close to the musician, but he does not let her. Then the lady learns that this young man dies from severe illness, and decides to help him. The genre from Seicvel remained the same. This is a visual novel, which is performed in the style of anime.
