CHIMERAS PROTAGONIST: What Wishes May Come often visits her in the hospital and continues to blame himself in the deed.

However, soon a very unusual event happens to him. Once coming out of the hospital, Derek finds a strange lantern. It turns out a lamp with Ginnom.
