Belladonna

Most of the gameplay in Belladonna consists of reading texts. The game is not visual novel, just here there are a lot of notes. Technically, this is a two-dimensional quest, where you need to travel between screens and solve puzzles. Management is carried out by mouse. Project Speed, and it can be mastered in one evening.

History tells about Dr. Tolframe Von Tourearshloss and his wife Belladonna. Couple loses the child and flows into despair. The scientist is trying to defeat death. In his desire, he falls into obsession. Emphasis is placed on the gloomy and gothic atmosphere. The story raises the themes of cruel treatment of animals, abuse over bodies and same-sex love.

In Belladonna, the main heroine is a coming corpse of a girl. Dead woman comes in an abandoned laboratory. Its torso is covered with bandages, and bizarre iron devices stick out of the head and hands. She does not remember anything and tries to solve secrets associated with their death and subsequent resurrection.

Guest from the afterlife will visit the winter cemetery, the greenhouse, the similarity of the morgue, the library, the dining room and other parts of the mysterious mansion. The plot is presented with diaries and letters written in the noble style. They are highlighted at levels, so the pixel-khanting does not have to do. Riddles are logical and their solution is often given tips. The ending here is alone.
