Beacon - Arcade shooter in SCI-FI setting. The plot sends a player in distant space and immerses in the futuristic world of innovative technologies and research of unknown planets. The uniqueness of the gameplay consists in unique RPG mechanics: kill enemies, collect their genetic code, load samples into your genome - bio-eagmentation will affect the abilities and characteristics of the main character.

History tells about Freary Akiam, Spacepar Pill "Ublos". Grew up in an isolated technological ghetto of a new civilization, Freya dreamed of travel all his life. Having traveled to the army, the main character found several own features: it is an excellent fighter, its natural abilities are perfectly suitable for piloting with a space fighter, as well as the complete inability to follow Army discipline.

The plot begins with the fact that "Ublos" Turning a wreck on an uncharted and non-smart planet Kovus 18. Akiam must be reached before the emergency lighthouse to report a distress. However, local inhabitants meet the heroine with fire and sword. The only rescue will be a genetic printer device, which once over again revives the protagonist after unsuccessful search salons. Each regular death is the evolution of the character: accumulate a variety of DNA particles, to integrate useful codes in a new, more adaptable, clone. Physical mutations and copied skills in enemy fractions will significantly increase chances of survival. In addition to the diversity of DNA codes, the game contains 75 units of weapons distributed in 5 factions that possess original technologies, mutations and unique units.
