Arcanum: Of SteamWorks and Magick Obscura

ARCANUM: Of SteamWorks and Magick Obscura is a fantasy role-playing game in which high-quality environment and thoughtful dialogues are present.

The narrative begins with the cat-scene in which we are shown as the protagonist flies under an indefinite direction on the airship. But in the sky, enemy aircraft suddenly appear, which blast the aircraft. Our hero survives, and under the wreckage detects a semi-shy gnome, who stretches his ring and asks to deliver it to his relatives. After passing the ring, he makes his last breath, and life leaves his body.

At the beginning of the game, we enable us to create your own character. The player needs to choose a name, gender, race and biographical data. Two recent characteristics affect gameplay. For example, elves get extra points to magic, but losing 2 points in technical skills. Each race has its own characteristics, and biographical data affects what items you will start the game. Then you are offered to distribute points according to the characteristics of the character and his skills.

As the plot passing, the player will be able to visit many interesting places in which he will be able to learn something interesting or get unique items. You will need to decide whether you will go on the path of magic, or will become ingenious technician. Each side has its own characteristics with which you can get acquainted directly in the game.
