Plot Angel Beats! -1st beat- based on the anime series "Angel rythms". In the visual novel, a small number of interactive moments is represented. The story is about Otana. Protagonist awakens in the afterlife, turning out in the center of the war. The conflict takes place between the Mysterious Girl Angel on the nicknamed Tenshi and a group of students who called themselves the front of the afterlife. The plot has changed by comparing with the original series. The developers have added ruts for each character so that the user can better learn ENT and how the history has developed from all surveillance angles on what is happening.

As in other projects of such a genre, characters, surroundings and objects are created in drawn style with small animations and sprites. Most of the passage of the gamer watches the events associated with Otanashi, but sometimes switching to other personalities and looks behind them. The personality of the protagonist was changed because his main actions are managing the user. All key points in the plot were not redone, remaining faithful to the anime series.
