Wolfenstein: The New Order

Wolfenstein: The New Order - the first-person shooter, telling an alternative story in which the Third Reich won the opponent and enslaved the whole world. Nazi Germany made an incredible technological jump, so the setting can be regarded as retrofuturism with elements of anti-spectopia.

The plot directly continues the history of the Games of 2009. In the yard 1946. William "Bi Jay" Blassovitz gets a serious head injury during the storming of the Fortress of Dr. Skull. It flows into a state of vegetable for long 14 years. After waking, he detects how the world under the rule of the Nazis. The gameplay is a sample of classic hardcore FPS, which will hold a player in mountainous locations, Nazi advanced, sea depths, will send to space and put in a combat robot!

Unlike many games of the genre, Wolfenstein: The New Order is strongly tied to the plot and characters. At a certain point, the hero has to make heavy solutions that change the further development of history and what characters will appear in passage. All the actors of the game have unique abilities, individual history and charisma.

The game contains a lot of references and allusions to the real world, but turns it inside out, showing how certain events would look like if the Third Reich came to power after the Second World War. What are only Nazi Beatles! Bi Jayu will have to learn about all the terrible experiments in the secret laboratories of the skull, to face super pumps or Pankerage - robotic dogs. The soundtrack of the game was written by the cult Australian composer Mick Gordon with the participation of Frederick Tordendal from the Swedish Mat metal group Meshuggah.
