VietCong 2 - Capturing first-person shooter. The game presents two campaigns: Vietnam and USA.

In the US campaign, the main character becomes a captain of military assistance to Vietnam, speaking for the US Army, named Douglas Bun. According to the plot, Douglas accompanies a military journalist who removes a report on how during the truce is a traditional New Year celebration in the city of Hue.

The tasks of the protagonist enters the command of Morpei, making the way to victory with minimal losses, competently build the battle tactics, thinking through everything to the smallest detail. The fraction of Vietnam, on the contrary, has the character of the plot, more directed to hostilities. The narration comes from the face of the newly-made young soldier of the Army of Northern Vietnam.

He bravely fights with opponents from South Vietnam, surrounded by picturesque landscapes of rice fields, endless jungle and villages flooded with the light of the setting sun. For the plot, the soldier receives the title of sergeant and takes part in an attack on the Imperial Palace in Hue.

Playing for the campaign of Vietnam, the player will have a lot of small tasks: throw off explosives, plunder the convoy, attack from the ambush. In addition, reliable partners will follow the main character for the entire game, one of which is a medic, and the second is a senior partner with ammunition.
