In Ultimate Spider-Man, all actions come from a third party. As a spiderman, a player can travel through Manhattan and Queens, as well as attend familiar places from comic: University, Daily Bugle building and family house. The game is built on the principle similar to the "Cinema" Adventures of Man-Spider: We carry out various missions, between which the thematic topic related to the extermination of super-crooks, such as, for example, Electro or Rhino.

In addition to the character, the player can also play the role of Woman - the greatest enemy Peter Parker, who has such skills in a spider man.
