Scientists planned to explore other galaxies and planets in the past and the future to take possession of new information and resources, and instead were betrayed by an antagonist of the game - Aiden Kronom. He went to the past, completely changed the course of events, created a kind of reality in the alternative universe and became a full lord there.

Then people built another suit by defining it in the "beta" category. It was intended to move in time, like "alpha", but had many military modifications. Its put on Colonel Michael Swift - Protagonist Games, whose name is unknown until the end of the game.

The protagonist is teleported and destroys the entire base around him, because the customization of the costume was not finished. Because of the damage, he was transferred for several years ahead, after the start of the Krone's rule, and the rebels were already organized in the world. They give us the first task associated with the destruction of the administrative bloc in the sector, where the servers are with information.

Gameplay is closely related to temporary space management. We can unscrew the time ago, stop it or slowing down. Use these abilities only in emergency cases. The rest - TimeShift is a first-person shooter with a small amount of weapons.
