In the alternative future, The Last Friend, you have to plunge into the atmosphere of post-apocalypse and complete ruin. Humanity is in a difficult situation, trying to survive among the angry mutants of the wasteland and what is happening around the chaos. The main protagonist of the game becomes the dog named Alpha, who lost her best and faithful friend, the owner in the person of a person.

The plot of The Last Friend tells about cunning monsters wishing to steal a puppy to accomplish the terrible plans. Having learned about the plans of criminals, the protagonist wishes to achieve honor and justice in this world, saving the little lost peel. In the process of acquaintance with a new companion, it turns out that the dog is called T.Zhuan and he does not mind continuing the journey together, helping and providing support in the same team, together with the Hero of Alpha. The main task for travelers becomes clarification of mysterious circumstances, due to which other representatives of their breed began to disappear massively.

Moving on the plot, to face many difficulties of harsh world and reality, which has changed beyond recognition. We have to explore the launched locations and investigate secrets hidden from inattentive eye. In the process of movement on the map, along the way will be found both kind and evil creatures.
