The game is divided into two modes: a plot and multiplayer, familiar to many as a first-person shooter with FPS stylistry. The storyline reveals an ominous monster before us, which a week ago was a simple resistance squad. Having passed the list of clinical modifications, the hero got a huge force, accuracy and speed of movement in order to get on the planet of Strongs and blowing it up, freeing the land from the worst enemies.

QUAKE IV continues the plot of the second part. Events are not repeated. The developers have added a few new locations that have previously never seen by the players: If we used to be fighting alone in the caves, now half of the game will be accompanied by a detachment of elite infantry in the open air.

In addition to hostility with Strongs, we will fight with their technique. The world of the new Quake became more open, which now allows us to fight with airplanes, cosmols, tanks and cyborgs of another civilization. Weapons, portals, first-aid kits - all this is preserved in the best FPS traditions.

Multiplayer regime arises in front of us an arched survival simulator, on which the players will try to kill each other in the amount of 40 people. Also within the server support, other game modes can be developed: survival 1x39, team fight, seizure of territory and "last hero". Some players add monsters from past parts to be cheerful to play.
