PowerSlave EX will unfold in the ancient Egyptian city of Karnak at the end of the 20th century. Settlement and surrounding areas were captured by mysterious creatures. Special forces of trained fighters were sent to the valley to solve problems. They are sent with a helicopter, but it is knocked down. The main character of the miracle remains the only alive. He is heading alone to fulfill his mission to save the world. The player will fight with the hordes of alien insects having a name "Kilmata". Because events occur in Egypt, the user will fight with such enemies: evil spirits, scorpions, anubis soldiers, mummies and other kilmatic minions. Protagonist gets an indication of the Spirit of the King Ramses. His mummy was exhumated by alien creatures trying to resurrect him and take advantage of force to manage the world. The central character soon realizes that it is not able to cope alone. He will need to assemble 8 radio transmitter fragments to send a signal and call for help. In the process included 2 endings. In the first protagonist, it is not possible to collect the necessary details, because of which kilmaat take control over the planet.
