Polybius

Polybius was inspired by a fictional game and named her honor. According to urban legend, in the 80s in the United States existed "damn" Tietyl eponymous. He caused users addiction and negatively influenced their psyche. Soon the American government, which conducted a psychological experiment, removed these dangerous cars. This crippaster and formed the basis of this ind-project.

The product is highlighted by its minimalistic graphics stylized by retro. In Tytytle, everything constantly flickers and moves, and the color palette is constantly changing. The screen is going on real psychedelia. However, due to this, the project will not suit those who have epilepsy.

Polybius is a scroll-shooter with a rear view. The ship rushes according to the tunnels of the levels, evades obstacles and shoots enemies. Manage them allow you using a keyboard and mouse, gamepad, VR devices with motion controllers. You can collect various bonuses. They enhance the weapon, give protection, increase the speed and even help slow down. The game consists of 50 levels. Thaletl friendly to beginners. There are no bosses here.
