Platypus

Platypus - Side scroller shooter with a dynamic game process, which does not leave indifferent genre lovers. Graphic design, made in retro style, refers to classic arcade machines and on games similar subjects from the consoles of the last century. The set of the mechanic used is really similar to the projects from which the video game industry began, for example, a limited amount of lives and repetitions, as well as the display of the account on the screen for an instant comparison of the current result with past attempts. There is support for offline multiplayer over one computer in the presence of an additional controller. For two friends, all the same levels are available as in solitary mode.

The storyline tells about the alternative world, in which the level of development and urbanization launches to achieve limit indicators. Due to the overpopulation of a major megalpolis called Collosotropol, which led to the poisoning of air and soil, the government of this city-state decided to start hostilities from the neighboring Munling power. Their defense forces consist of two powerful fighters with the possibility of modification during the passage, which is referred to as F-27 "Platypus". Salvation of the territorial integrity of the whole country is imposed on the shoulders of pilots who know how to handle advanced aircraft.

In addition to the story campaign there is an endless mode, the purpose of which is standard - to dial more points to enter the leaders in the table. For players with different preparation, it is possible to change the level of complexity to select the ideal counteraction by artificial intelligence that manages all kinds of enemy units.
