Pain Train

Pain Train is an arcade shooter for survival in which all actions come from first person. In this terrifying world, fully mutated people under strict Cyborg supervision. The only task of the player is to quickly and coolly kill the hordes of monsters, because precisely due to the murder of enemies restores the health of the killer. The game consists of 12 bloody levels in which the hero has to be divided with its enemies, which focusing on them as much as possible, because the survival of the player depends on its accuracy in shooting. Also, if you wish, you can play the game alone by choosing a game mode called "for one player".
