Metaloid: Origin

Metaloid: Origin is a 2D platformer shooter with side-scrolling elements. The gamer finds himself in a fictional technological world inhabited by all kinds of races and monsters that look like the creatures of hell. As the player progresses, they can use three android protagonists - Erica, Zeta and Neva. They all have a different set of abilities and different primary weapons, which makes them stand out among themselves, in addition to their appearance and voice. The single-player story campaign is divided into 9 huge levels with various difficulties on the way to the battle with the final boss. You can control the gameplay using the controllers of most manufacturers.

The storyline will tell about a difficult journey, in which girls went for the sake of saving their own native planet. She is threatened by a vicious antagonist named Lucian. The villain has a powerful corporation armed with robotic creatures and mutants. The power of mobs depends on the chosen level of complexity, which only 2 options. In the harder one, the differences are that the opponents move faster, hit harder and are trained in several new techniques.

Thanks to mechanics taken straight from role-playing games, the gamer has the opportunity to improve the abilities of the main characters by collecting a special currency - gems. The upgrade will help you gain an advantage over opponents in any part of the world, be it a hot desert or a cave located deep underground, not far from an active volcano.
