Employees of the studio Traveler's Tales worked on the creation of this project. The official release of the game took place in May 2011.

The plot of Lego Pirates of the Caribbean is fully identical to the fact that the attentive viewer could see throughout four licenses series series "Pirates of the Caribbean Sea". Many famous scenes shown in the film are present here. Moreover, a significant number of characters from the original series are valid members of the main storyline of this Lego game.
