This project refers to a franchise "EF A FAIRY TALE OF THE TWO". If the two other series of the series belonged to the genre of the adventure quest, the mechanics of the platformer are used here. The most convenient view of the control will be Gamepad. They are compatible without problems, everything will be fine with the connection.

Side Scroller continues the scene branch of the second part of the series "EF - The Latter Tale", where 3 different stories in the form of memories were told. Now, the main heroine named IUO should go to the wondrous adventure in the past through the thoughts of his friends. It is vital for saving many happy couples created for the previous two parts. After all, it happened - evil demons called Killjoy, who feed on the happiness of lovers and prevent them from living with normal life. The protagonist can stop them, but for this you will have to go to the most difficult journey with a huge number of powerful enemies, the most complex puzzles, fascinating mini-games and hassles with bosses familiar from past franchise projects. The story will be served through traditional cat-scenes for Japanese works, where the spoken character is drawn close up.

The gameplay consists in moving forward to locations, breaking through through the crowds of various enemies, using jumps to overcome cliffs and passages from opponent shots. At each level there are 7 collectible items that need to be collected for passage by 100 percent.
