John Romero's Sigil - First Person Shooter, released by John Romero, promised to create a continuation of the legendary game Doom. The game is created on the same engine, and the gameplay has some changes. Player takes control over the powerful warrior fighting with the minions of hell. He will need to go through 9 levels in a single-user campaign to get to the antagonist and fight him.
In the course of passing, the gamer faces new types of opponents. Among the enemies will be flying and terrestrial monsters with their abilities and weak parties. The project is a mod, but continues the main scene line of the original. The user moves by corridor levels and is constantly fighting with opponents. Not necessarily kill all enemies to pass the area. They only interfere with the free passage, but are not mandatory goals.
Gaming areas include numerous secret locations and places where useful items are hidden. The main character picks up ammunition, medicines or new weapons. You can fight with the help of shotguns, pistols, rocket installation or other firearm. Sometimes you need to solve puzzles and interact with the objects of the surrounding world to get to the following locations. The project includes a multiplayer DeathMatch mode with 9 cards.
