Most of the city's inhabitants are civilians and turn them into zombies will not work. However, there is a regular army of the state, which is engaged in what is hunting and consistent with the neighborhood from undead. To be divided with them, you need to quickly attack opponents until they caused big damage to your squad.

The game presents a few rich levels in different decorations. The main goal of HORDE is to destroy all the surrounding cities and turn all the population of cities. A secondary goals are also present, among which the study of the territories for various bonuses and the destruction of the regular army of the country.
