When creating Gigapocalypse, the developers were inspired by the films about King Kong and Godzille. This is noticeable from the first minutes, because here the real monsters of unimaginable sizes fall into the hands of the user. All of them from different eras, ranging from prehistoric times and ending with beings from distant space. Each of them has its own features and skills that can be unlocked over time and achieve a specific level. In total, the project proposes to try out 9 monsters, completely dissimilar on each other.

The main essence of the gameplay in the game "Gigapocalyps" is to apply as many destruction as possible. At the same time, the levels are scattered into six stages representing different temporary epochs from the distant past to a futuristic future. Depending on which period is the user, its monster will be relevant resistance in resolving cities. At the same time, he himself will be able to apply additional attacks like a sewing laser. From the destroyed objects can fall out of useful items that replenish the supply of health and energy. In the future, at a certain level of pumping can be acquired by helpers - special minions, which will also attack everything around. Their power will be particularly valuable when meeting with bosses. They have increased resistance indicators, so much more resources will have to spend for victory. In the interruptions between the main mission, you can take care of "pets", participating in various mini-games, as well as opening mutations. As for the visual component, despite the pixelle chart, the surrounding objects are worked out very detail. You can see how people in a panic are trying to hide from the monster who crashes everything in its path.
