Horror events occur in 1960 in a psychiatric hospital called Deca. Protagonist wakes up in the hospital. Disoriented, in bloody spots, she inspects around and can not remember what he does and how came here.

Gameplay focuses on a constant sense of danger and tension. Heroine will have to run away all the time, hide and explore.
