Cometstriker can be attributed to two-dimensional action with side view. Battles pass within the same screen. Character Management Enables at least buttons. He can shoot left and right, fly in 8 directions and accelerate. There are amplification on locations. In addition to the main character, there are five characters here, for which they are also allowed to play. They can be unlocked as you progress.

The campaign consists of 5 stages with common opponents, mini-bosses and leaders. There are 4 types of difficulty to choose from. Regular maps are linear, but they have different routes. In addition to the main story, there is a labyrinth, where all stages are generated randomly (both in horns), single-level training mode, as well as separate boss contractions. For killing enemies give glasses. Their multiplier is shot, if the hero get damage. With death, the protagonist loses one life and all the collected improvements.
