Chunker's main character was thrown into sewer pipes as used biological material. People have long experimenting over living matter, and a whole world appeared under the ground, inhabited by artificial beings. Chanker seeks to survive and understand its nature. The path often turns out to be overclined with drawers or ends with a dead end. To go further, you should find pits that act as peculiar portals carrying the user to another area. On the road, Chanker will collect "Shining turtles" - local currency that is spent on receiving new skills and equipment items.

The user manages a character with a bright appearance - blue body and red unusual hand. The first color indicates that the hero is almost died due to experiments, and the second denotes mutating cells. The bug limb is drawn up for a decent distance. This feature allows you to grab, attract and discard opponents. Also abnormal cells become a shield that reflects the incoming damage.

The hero is able to carry out more than a hundred combinations of shocks depending on the combat situation. In addition to the tentacle, the protagonist uses swords, lasers and other weapons.
